We had excellent service with Miami Generators. Mr. Fili was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and handled the install himself. Any questions we had were addressed, and he demonstrated how to operate the unit, as well as setting up follow-up maintenance for the generator. The unit has been operating as advertised and has turned on when needed.
